I’m sorry I’ve been quiet the last few days! It was my good friends 21st over the weekend so I’ve spent lots of time helping with that! But now I’m back and need to clean up my diet after the last few days of indulging! Went for a run after work today! Only did 5kms but! Tonight I did an hour and a half yoga class! My first ever and I really enjoyed it! Yay! Hope everyone is swell!
